So yeah, the whole thing was shit, it took so much time to get fixed and TeamViewer isn't even going to be held responsible. I finally collected all of it and emailed Jeff bezos directly and the next day someone called me and refunded it properly this time. I tweeted at Amazon and they said they would help and then told me they cant help. I opened a fraud statement with my bank, Amazon asked me to cancel it and they would refund me, so I canceled it and the refund still didn't happen. ![]() TeamViewer continued to insist they totally were not hacked while thousands posted and reported it.Īlso amazon promised to refund me but didn't, so I called again and they said the refund was submitted, still didn't get it. I was at work and got an email from Amazon for like 10 gift card purchases within a few minutes and instantly killed it. Ugh, I had my account password + unique device password. ![]()
